with your concerns. Any claims must be presented by email within 30 days of the shipping order date.
Please include the invoice/packing slip number with all correspondence.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns or exhanges are subject to our approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Also it must also be in the original packaging and must include all original manuals and accessories, otherwise they will not be accepted.
In addition, if the return is approved by us, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from us before shipping back any product.
All sales are FOB our warehouse. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective. Any return is subject to 20% restocking fee.
